Introduction of pelletizer hob:
The pelletizer hob is a professional tool on plastic granulation machinery. Its outer diameter has dozens of cutting edges. It requires that each cutting edge is on the same shaft rail. The smaller the work difference, the higher the accuracy of the hob and the more beautiful the cut particles. Therefore, there are very strict requirements on the welding of its cutting edges.
The pelletizer hob currently produced by our factory is full high-speed steel, inlaid with hard alloy steel (tungsten steel), and high-speed stainless steel (9 Cr18MoV) is selected as the hob material for acid-resistant materials, which greatly improves the working efficiency of the pelletizer. The 500 pelletizer hob has an outer diameter of 200mm, an inner diameter of 130mm, a length of 200mm, and a standard 500 pelletizer.

General all-steel hob, this hob is a whole all-steel, hob material generally choose Cr12MOv, 7 Cr7Mo2V2Si9( LD, W6M05Cr4V2 and other high-speed steel materials. Heat treatment hardness between 60 degrees to 63 degrees, the hob is characterized by relatively sharp cutting edge, easy to sharpen the knife, there is no fear of welding, the object of cutting is relatively soft plastic granulation slice.
