The glass fiber pelletizer for crushing plastic materials can be used for cutting. When the injection molding machine or pelletizer produces raw materials, the defective products and spout materials produced can be put into the glass fiber pelletizer at the edge of the machine in time for cutting. The cutting of the glass fiber pelletizer and the power unit shall be firmly installed. If long-term fixed operation of glass fiber pelletizer is required, it should be fixed on the cement foundation; if flowing operation of plastic crusher is required, the unit should be installed on the base made of angle iron, and the pulley groove of power machine (diesel engine or electric motor) and plastic crusher should be in the same rotating plane.

 

After the installation of the glass fiber pelletizer, check the fastening of each fastener, and tighten it if it is loose. At the same time, check whether the belt tightness is appropriate. Before cutting and starting the glass fiber pelletizer, rotate the rotor by hand to check whether the claw, hammer piece and rotor are flexible and reliable, whether there is collision in the crushing chamber, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow of the machine, and whether the cutting and lubrication of the power machine and the glass fiber pelletizer are good.

 

 

 

Pay attention to the operation of the glass fiber pelletizer at any time during the work. First, the feeding should be uniform to prevent the crushing chamber from being blocked; secondly, do not overload the work for a long time. If there is vibration, noise, bearing and body temperature is too high, outward spray and other phenomena, should be immediately shut down for inspection, troubleshooting can continue to work.
